    450/750V铝芯电线BLV技术参数介绍

    一、产品名称

    BLV:铝芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电线

    主要原材料:铝、PVC

    二、产品执行标准

    产品执行国家标准GB/T 5023-2008《额定电压450/750V及以下聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆》标准。BLV电线结构和BV电线一样简单,区别在于所用材质是铝的。常用BLV线径从2.5平方到630平方不等(1.5 mm2 至 630 mm2使用范围是450/750V)。

    BLV电线和BVR、BV电线一样是由中国国家强制性产品认证,即CCC认证的。

    包装要求:100米/卷,塑料薄膜包装;误差在0.5%范围内。

    电线颜色:电线共7种颜色,红、黄、蓝、绿、黑、白、双色。

    三、产品用途

    BLV电线适用于交流额定电压450/750V及以下的动力装置固定敷设,即一般用途单芯无护套电缆,也就是我们日常生活中使用的普通绝缘电线、家装电线,是最常用的电线类型。具有抗酸碱、耐油性、防潮、防霉等特性。

    适用范围:家用电器、仪器仪表、动力照明用,多用在农村接户线,工程商用大多为临时用线。

    四、产品使用特性:

    1、敷设时电线温度不低于0℃,在正常使用时,导体最高额定温度为70℃。允许弯曲半径;电线外径(D)小于25 mm者不小于4D;电线外径(D)为25mm及以上者应不小于6D;

    2、成品绝缘线和成品电线,放在20±5℃的室温水中至少±5℃1h后,能经受规定的交流电压试验。

    3、电线具有良好的电气绝缘性能、科学性能和不延燃性能,质量可靠,方便耐用。

    以上数据是供参考的,具体的敷设是还有很多因素影响;如用电时间、敷设长度、散热条件、敷设方式影响、环境温度。

    七、BLV与BVR、BV的区别:

    BV是铜单芯电线,BVR是铜多芯电线,BLV是铝芯电线。由于铜材优于铝材,从载流量上说1 mm2铜相当于3 mm2铝,如BV-10mm2,而BLV-10mm2的电阻率是3.08。所以性能上用铜比用铝好,也比较节约资源。

    从价格上说,由于铜材比铝材贵,所以铝芯电线都比较便宜。

    从重量上说,在型号相同的情况下,铜芯电线比铝芯电线重。
